Who is the course for?

It is a legal requirement that food businesses produce food that is safe to eat and will not cause harm, illness or injury to their customers ! Our Level 1 Award in Food Safety qualification is specifically tailored towards general staff who are not directly involved in the handling and preparation of high risk or open food in catering, retail or food manufacturing operations.
The ideal course for general front of house staff, waiting staff, bar staff, kitchen porters, storemen, also retail staff who sell or handle pre-wrapped foods.
